Welcome to the Network, it's growing pretty quickly :-)

I've been mucking about with the profile questions to get a balance between getting enough information to help people make connections and filter out spammers and asking too many questions.

Hopefully the set of questions has now stabilised so do let me know whether you think there should be more / less and particularly if any of the wording could be improved (e.g. to make it easier for non-native English speakers).

I'm keeping control over membership approval for now but will start inviting a few more people over the next week or so.
